Creamy, fluffy, deliciously umami-tangy-sweet mashed potato salad. Great for family meals, BBQs, picnics, potlucks, and more. By the way, did you catch a glimpse of the aurora last month? Even though the colors weren’t as vibrant seeing with our naked eyes. I was still in awe of the beautiful dancing lights glowing across the starry sky.
