It’s Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. What did you cook? JackyGuy & I had so much fun coming up with all sorts of names when we were planning our year end giveaway. Some were really silly, others were…less silly (hehe~). And out of all the names, we chose "HappyShare". It really got me pondering about what is happiness? What does it mean to be happy? How can a person be truly happy? It’s kind of mindboggling to witness how happiness can seemingly grow more and more out of reach as one grows older. We get so busy, and challenges from finances, family, work, relationships, health…even retirement can keep us up at night. Happiness seems complex, yet it can be simple, or even ordinary. When you think back when we were kids, something as simple as candies, ice-cream, a big warm hug, or playing with friends in the playground can bring so much laughter & fun. Happiness is definitely not a skill that needs to be mastered or an impossible goal we need to tirelessly chase.
