This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. What have you been cooking? For the past week, we’ve been busy going back & forth with doctors & nurses arranging my dad’s long-awaited surgery. We’re super grateful that the surgery went well and he’s now recovering at home. Plus, we’re celebrating his 5 years being cancer-free! We’re forever thankful for all the amazing health care workers who took great care of him. For those who are going through health issues, the journey is tough and it may seem long. But keep fighting one day at a time, celebrate every small milestone, & hold onto every little thing that gives you joy & gratitude. Remember you’re never alone! We’re sending prayers for you & your loved ones. We hope that you & yours can continue to experience joy despite what’s happening around the world. Stay well & please take care! P.S. I love flying & I love being in the sky. This is the reason why window seat is still my favorite despite it being troublesome. Looking into the sky gives me a great sense of calm & peace.
