This might look like an ordinary piece of chuck roast. But to Jacky & me, it means a lot more.

7 years ago, we were already full-time Instant Pot Recipes Developers. Money was real tight. To give you a better idea, we were making $17 a month, while this chuck roast was $28.

My heart was pounding as I was hesitant to pick it up. When I finally got the courage to pick it up, I quickly put it down. I picked it up again & put it back down. Until Jacky said, "Let's do this!" We picked it up one last time, ran straight to the cashier, and never looked back.

When we got home, we were nervous about using this piece of expensive meat for Instant Pot Experiments. But it was this chuck roast that led us to develop the Umami Pot Roast Recipe. And many more including the famous Cheesecake #17 & "Zero-Minute" Cooking Method!
