Hi ,
This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How was your week? What did you cook? We’ve been paying close attention to the news of Coronavirus since January. And it breaks our hearts seeing what’s happening & for all those that are affected one way or another. We don’t need to panic, but it’s definitely important for us to stay informed and be prepared. World Health Organization: “Illness due to COVID-19 infection is generally mild, especially for children and young adults. However, it can cause serious illness: about 1 in every 5 people who catch it need hospital care. It is therefore quite normal for people to worry about how the COVID-19 outbreak will affect them and their loved ones. We can channel our concerns into actions to protect ourselves, our loved ones and our communities.” Just a warm reminder for you to pass on - remember to have good personal hygiene practices: - Wash your hands thoroughly with soap & water for at least 20 seconds, and don’t touch your eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands.
- Try your best to stay healthy by eating healthy, sleeping well, and drinking plenty of water in order to boost your immune system.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick. If someone is coughing or sneezing, stay at least 3 - 6 feet away.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw it in the trash.
Stay healthy & safe. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your loved ones. Please take care!! For More Info: You can visit the World Health Organization website
