This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How have you been? What have you been cooking? After another week of testing & developing some yummy recipes, we’re thrilled to be able to squeeze in a little time to enjoy a good movie last night. After putting it off for a long time, so glad we finally watched Porco Rosso! Are any of you fans of Hayao Miyazaki from Studio Ghibli? He’s the director & writer of Spirited Away & My Neighbor Totoro! Which reminds me of our visit to his quaint Ghibli Museum last year in Tokyo (got a few photos below). Porco Rosso was definitely a special little treat! Love how the storytelling reels you into this lovely & upbeat seaplane pilot fantasy-mix-realism world. It really rekindled my love for flying, the feeling of being free in the air, the ability to travel to one place to another, plus the stunningly beautiful bird eye views. I won’t spoil the plot in case you want to watch the movie. If you’re interested, it’s on Netflix right now. Have you watched any movies lately? Hope you & yours stay safe & well.
