This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How have you been? What have you been cooking? Can’t believe it’s already August! Looking back at the past couple of months, it’s quite an unreal journey we’ve been through together. Sometimes, it still feels unbelievable how 2020 has become such a unique historical time. Does time feel like it's speeding up or slowing down for you? Or both? All our lives have been shaken in various ways and many things may not have gone as planned. But hey! When life throws you a curveball, hit it out of the park! We’ve been reflecting on what we’ve learned so far through this unique life experience, and what we can do for our loved ones & those in need. It's also a great opportunity to reflect when this is all over, what are some things we want to go back to in our lives, what changes we need to make, and what baggage we need to let go of.
