Hi ,

This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How have you been? What have you been cooking?

We’ve been craving Hong Kong Style Milk Tea sooo bad during the whole pandemic (we love tea in general, but this is one of our all-time favorite drinks). Have you tried it before?

So, we finally decided to experiment & make our own! We had so much fun testing out the ratios, the methods, the temperatures, steeping times…etc.

Oh it tasted so delicious! Just like those you’d get from popular cafes in Hong Kong. It made our hearts whole. We literally jumped for joy! Hehe~

Then, we tested out making some Thai Milk Tea too. Soo yummy~

Plus, we just received our shipment of tea - containing some of our favorites & new verities we haven’t tried before. Tea-tasting here we come! Really excited to try them all!
