This is Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How was your week? What did you cook? Last week, we had our first beautiful snow of the year! We were snowed in, so we took some time to catch up on a lot of life admin like making doctor/physio appointments. We also cleaned & tidied up our test kitchen & studio. Btw, it’s a Chinese tradition to do a deep spring cleaning before the lunar new year comes! Don’t worry though - we were gentle with our sore muscles. :) Jacky & I also spent some time discussing our exciting new directions & planning for our new projects. So please stay tuned!
