What's the Pot-in-Pot (PIP) Cooking Technique?

It’s a huge timesaver & convenient trick we’ve learned from our grandparents! With this method, you can cook 2 or more dishes separately in the same pot at the same time.

Instead of cooking all the ingredients directly in the inner pot, you can stack separate layers of food in the pot, then cook them at the same time. For example, you can put the chicken in the bottom layer, then rice in a separate bowl stacked above.
