It’s Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. What have you been cooking? Happy Mid-Autumn Festival to those who celebrate! 中秋節快樂! Mid-Autumn Festival (中秋節) is one of the festivities my family celebrates every year. It's a harvest festival where families would gather to celebrate. When we were little, my parents would prepare a delicious feast for dinner with Mooncakes and symbolic fruits. After dinner, we’d head out to a nearby park. It's fun seeing all the little kids carrying all kinds of pretty or cool lit-up lanterns! We'll find a place to sit and soak in the festivities while admiring the beautiful full moon.
