My teenage heart melted like the tapioca pearls. hehe~ Thanks for being so sweet Jacky! For the past months, we did 8+ tests cooking taro & tapioca pearls with our Instant Pot to find the most delicious way. So we’re excited to share this sweet treat with you!! Hearty tender taro in creamy sweet coconut milk with bouncy tapioca pearls that delicately melt in your mouth. Heartwarming when enjoyed warm & refreshing when enjoyed cold. P.S.
