We have recently switched to this food thermometer as it is fast and accurate (±0.9°F). We use this to make sure our meat are cooked properly such as this pressure cooker pork chop recipe. We also use it to monitor the temperature for poor-man sous vide, as we find the measurement to be quite accurate.
We love our FoodSaver!! The FoodSaver V2244 is one of the entry models in the FoodSaver lineup. It has saved us a lot of money over the years as we can purchase meat in bulk (Yay for discount meat!) without worrying about the meat quality in the freezer.
We have been using this multi-function digital kitchen food scale for over a year. This accurate scale is great for all types of ingredients (Measuring in g, oz., mL and cups). Yes! This is the scale we use in all our recipes 🙂
A sharp chef knife is your best friend in the kitchen. A dull knife is flat out dangerous. We’ve been using this knife for a long time as it’s one of the best knives at this price range. A well balanced blade with razor sharp edge.
An indestructible pan that you’ll want to pass down to your child. With proper seasoning, you’ll be able to fry eggs, pan cakes, steaks….etc with it. Cast-iron skillets are perfect for searing meat at high temperature as they retain heat very very well.
This is our go-to set in the kitchen. These have never let us down! We’ve been using them for 4 years and they’re still as good as new. We always try to get Tri Ply for all our cookware as they heat up more evenly and quickly.
