It’s Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. Hope you've been well lately. It’s spot prawn season! Have you tried spot prawn before? They're delicately sweet, bouncy, and meaty. yum~ I’m currently on an adventure to try out different puzzle brands. Last night, I challenged a 500-piece puzzle of the Portland Head Light in one sitting. The colors of the sky at sunset were lovely. Though the interesting rocky section was tricky! Hehe~ Do you have a favorite puzzle or puzzle brand? And one of our hydrangeas just started blooming! Which means summer is just around the corner. Hope you’ll enjoy a wonderful week & stay well~
