It’s Amy + Jacky from Pressure Cook Recipes. How have you been? It has been a while since we’ve physically visited grocery stores. We really miss exploring new ingredients and being inspired by new products. Last week, as we were gathering ingredients for our recipe experiments, the delivery service we use ran out of some of the ingredients we needed. Ah-ha! It was the perfect opportunity for us to check out this new grocery chain in town! As we stepped into the new market, I felt like a little kid going on an adventure. We went down every aisle with our eyes wide open. Thrilled to check out every new product I see, and even more excited to bring them home! When we got home, I couldn’t resist testing out some Chinese Pancakes in our Air Fryer Oven! Yum~ Many times, it’s the simple things in life that bring us pure joy.
